Health & Wellbeing coaching
The HEALTH & WELLBEING COACHING is addressing more to the health aspect and how the health can influence the way you think, do and look. This program is addressing the situation where you want to
- lose weight & gain muscles
- improve your general health
- introduce healthy habits (food/movement) to prevent disease where the cause it is not genetical from stroke, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, depression to flu as an example.
- start new wellbeing habits
- overcome to the menopause effects that can lead to depression
Sport Coaching
The SPORT COACHING is addressing more the athletes (elite/amateur) who want to improve their performances in competition
Learning
The LEARNING is a workshop to improve general health knowledge or to athlete to get awareness of importance of the food to increase performances.
