    • National Nutrition Standards defined In 2012 about macronutrients

    • Deep dive on the macronutrients that boost the sport performance
    • Deep dive of how to distribute macronutrient to boost the sport performance

Learning 3: Master your performance

  • Cost: 1 050 SEK
  • What it includes? 1*4 hours session
  • What is it?: workshop
  • What you will learn:
    • Introduktion about nutrition, sport and performance
    • Deep dive of macronutrients and their distribution In accordance with sport and exercise activities
    • Tolse to calculate BMR and total energy expenditure
    • Hands on: practical work to make your own nutrition schema accordingly to the sport you practice
