Usually it starts with 5 coaching session to create clarity of the goals to achieve or the area that you would like to work.
Coaching is a gentle way that makes you to see some aspects of yourself that were uncovered. Bringing clarity the goals are more real and close to your real you.
The coaching session can also include methods from the art therapy. This is in case you wish
to go deeper in the discovering the area where you feel blocked.
THE BODY
The body and the mind shall work together to be healthy. SATA360 can offer sessions where we look more the physical exercise to prevent injuries or sicknesses such as cardiovascular diseases or diabetes type 2.
In case you are already training in a regular way you might want to increase your performance, or simply keep yourself active and eat in a way your training is more effective.
