Approach:
I believe that health is the outcome of a dynamic process, shaped by the habits you build (exercise and nutrition), the thoughts you nurture, and the way you perceive yourself or the world around you.
Being healthy means having no hinders to your success. This is achieved with the alignment of body, mind, and purpose. In this perspective being healthy goes beyond the definition of absence of illness.
As a result of this belief, I created SATA360 (Sabrina Tafuro 360°) which has a holistic approach, and it is designed to help individuals reconnect with themselves (physically, mentally, and emotionally) so they can move forward with clarity, balance, and purpose.
SATA360 integrates principles from Sport and Exercise Science, coaching, and art-based techniques to promote sustainable change, increase sport/business performances and facilitate the personal growth.
SATA360 enables a safe, empowering space where you’re seen, supported, and inspired to become whoever you want to be.
